🏥 Health Requirements
This is a non-vetted show. Every cat that enters the show hall must conform to normally accepted health requirements and be up-to-date on its vaccinations. Front and back claws must be clipped. Cats from households with contagious or infectious illnesses within the last 21 days are ineligible for entry. Cats with suspected contagious or infectious illness or with parasites will be removed from the show hall.
🐱 Kittens
To compete on both Saturday & Sunday, a kitten must be 4 calendar months old – must have been born on or before July 22, 2025.
To compete on Sunday only, a kitten must have been born on or before July 23, 2025.
To be allowed in the show hall, kittens must be 3 calendar months old – must have been born on or before August 22, 2025.
👦 Juniors
If you have a Junior, please let the entry clerk know. Juniors registered with TICA get a $75 discount. All other Juniors may compete in the Junior Class at regular entry rates.
📋 Registration
For most registered breeds and household pets, registration with TICA is not necessary to compete in the cat's first show, but is required for the 2nd and subsequent shows, and for confirmation of championships and TICA regional and international awards. Contact TICA for specific registration procedures.
🤝 Co-Ownership
Cats co-owned by members of two different households are eligible for the multi-cat entry discounts only if a copy of the cat's TICA registration accompanies the cat's entry. The registration must show the names of both co-owners. (If you are entering such a cat online, you must fax, mail, or email a copy of the registration to the entry clerk in order to receive these discounts.)
🎪 Exhibition Only
Exhibition only cats do not need to be registered in the catalog. Please note, if the cat is not in the catalog, it cannot be moved into competition.
🪑 Benching
If you list more than one request, only the first will be considered. The entry clerk will make every attempt to bench your cats per your request; however, the club does not guarantee that all benching requests can be honored due to space limitations and show hall configuration. Handicapped exhibitors will receive preferential and free end-of-row benching, if requested and can also request a person to be benched next to them if they need assistance. All other end-of-row requests will be benched on a first-come, first-served, space available basis at a cost of $25.
🏠 Cages
Double spaces are 24" x 45" wide. Please ensure that you will have enough space to accommodate its width. If your cage is wider than 45", you may need to purchase additional space. The maximum depth for a personal cage is 24" deep; if your cage is deeper than 24", it will not fit on our 24" deep tables. Cages will be available for exhibitors. Please note that in TOES when you enter your cats.
Per TICA rules, only one cat or two kittens per single cage, and two cats or four kittens per double cage.
📖 Show Catalog
An electronic, printable copy of the exhibitor show catalog is FREE and will be emailed to each exhibitor by 10 PM on the Thursday before the show.
Printed show catalogs can be purchased at a cost of $15 each and must be pre-ordered and requested on the Summary Sheet.
✍️ Clerks & Stewards
If you would like to clerk please contact the Entry Clerk. Clerks will be paid $40 plus lunch, for each full day of clerking. We are also looking for stewards who will also be paid $25 per day.
🧹 Litter
Cat litter will be provided. Please bring your own cat food, food dishes and litter pans.

Cascadia Cats, TICA, the City of Astoria, the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Center, and any contracted show hotels, will not be held liable for illness, injury, loss or damage to exhibitors, cats, property of exhibitors, vendors or other such persons or property in attendance. Additionally, the entities listed above are not liable for any actions of any exhibitor, vendor, or spectator at this show.
